Homemade Pasta


This simple recipe is easy to make and the results are so delicious!


For every 100g of flour, add one egg.

Approximately 100g/person.


Recipe is for a serving of 4.


400g of Bread Flour OR


4 eggs



Measure flour. Make well in the flour. Add the eggs. Start mixing by hand OR add flour and egg to stand mixer with dough hook attached.


Knead by hand or stand mixer for 10 minutes. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.



Using the desired noodle attachment for your stand mixer (or cut in desired pasta with required tools). Put dough through noodle attachment following your stand mixer instructions. Pasta shown here used the Fettuccine attachment.


Bring a pot of water to boil and cook pasta for 2-5 minutes depending on the thickness of the noodle. Add your favourite sauce and enjoy!
