Chocolate Chip Pretzel Rye & Spelt Cookie Magic

Hearty and delicious!

It's so good.


7 tbsp Butter, softened (a little melted)

1 tsp Vanilla

1 Egg

1/2 cup White Sugar

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 cup crushed pretzels

1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks

1/2 cup coconut


Preheat oven to 350°


Add butter, vanilla and egg to stand mixer or hand blend until creamed. Add flours, sugars, soda and salt and mix together. Then add pretzels, chocolate chips and coconut and mix until incorporated.

Roll into small balls and place on lined cookie sheets. It is recommended to let your cookie dough chill before baking....We're not always patient enough for that and just pop them in the oven right away!

Bake 10-14 minutes until golden brown.

Makes 18-24 cookies depending on the size.
