Absolutely rich and decadent!  This cookie is simple to make and way too simple to eat!


Recipe: Add 8 tbsp of softened butter, 2 tsp of vanilla and 1 egg to stand mixer or bowl and blend until creamed. Add contents of pouch and mix to combine. Dough will be dry so push it together with your hands to form a ball, cover in plastic wrap, and chill for 30 mins to firm (overnight if desired). Let the dough warm, then roll into small balls and pat down slightly onto a covered baking tray. Bake at 350°F for 10-14 mins. Take out after 9 mins and bang the tray on the counterop to flatten out the cookies and then put the tray back in the oven for the remaining time. Let cool on tray and enjoy!
