This cake!  It is so indulgent and moist and perfect for any occasion. 
 
Recipe: Empty contents of pouch into a bowl. Use hand mixer on low and add 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of oil (olive oil or your choice), 2 eggs and 2 tsp of vanilla. Increase to medium speed for 1-2 mins, stopping to make sure all the batter is incorporated. Add 1 cup of hot coffee and start low to high and mix for 2 mins. Pour batter equally into two greased 8" round cake pans. Bake at 350°F for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean . Let cool on rack for 10 mins and take out of pans to rack to cool fully before adding your desired icing. Enjoy!
