Whip up this easy recipe with those 'left on the counter too long bananas' and enjoy a wholesome and yummy Banana Muffin.
Recipe: Add 5 ripe bananas to a bowl and mash. Add 2 eggs, 1/3 cup of olive oil (or oil of your choice) and 1 tsp of vanilla. Mix until creamy. Add contents of pouch into bowl and stir until combined. Scoop into greased muffin tin or a tin lined with muffin cups until 3/4 full. Bake at 425°F for 5 mins, turn the oven down to 325°F and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on a rack and enjoy!
