Grandma B's recipe. A favourite in our family!
6 tbsp butter at room temperature
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Stone Bridge Flour Everyday Flour OR for a fluffy, crumbly cookie try
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg.
Slowly add flour, soda, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in coconut and chocolate chips.
Form into small balls and place cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Enjoy as many as you like the first day, especially if you’re the baker!
Makes 12 cookies, depending on size, so you should likely double this recipe!
